Ca Del Modena Room Only - Venice

Comfortable bed and a great location for exploring Venice.

I was very disappointed with the noise levels. I could hear everything from neighboring rooms. The restroom had signs of wear, including a cracked shower head that didn't function properly. On top of that, the pillows were unsatisfactory, contributing to a sleepless night.

Units with an internal bathroom. The location marvellous and stunning close to water taxi. Adjacent to the Rialto Bridge as well as was all part of the mystery of Venice.

The breakfast was delicious, with a lovely selection of eggs, fresh fruits, and various breads. Nicola was an excellent host, providing great tips for exploring Venice. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the San Stae water shuttle and all major attractions.

The pillows were a bit hard for my liking.

The rooms are GOOD sized with a good en -suite bathroom, so that guests have essentials.

Really enjoyed it during our extra special stay. Everything was beautiful at this hotel, very very helpful and attentive staff. Stayed in an a nice size room with an external private bathroom...

A charming escape in Venice

Waking up to the good aroma of fresh pastries every morning was a highlight. The location was perfect, allowing easy exploration of the city's magical streets and attractions. Friendly and helpful staff.

The room lacked a little attention in terms of cleanliness. The private bathroom arrangement was a bit inconvenient, and some noise from adjacent rooms was noticeable, which affected our sleep quality.

This place had the audacity to not turn on the A/C while it was a sweltering 80°F. I expect cooler quarters. Not to mention, their WiFi was practically non-existent. And wow, I thought I'd get an upgrade for all my troubles but was instead met with, well, disappointment. Was thinking of a good review, but just couldn't.

Try to arrive before dark as the entrance is up a dark staircase, which can be challenging to navigate at night.

We loved the style and cozy atmosphere. The place was a perfect match for the city experience. The staff were cute and warm. The host was professional, friendly and helpful. The area was not touristy, yet very accessible for sightseeing.

Conveniently located near restaurants and a vaporetto stop, the breakfast selection was a good way to kickstart the day.

Finding the accommodation was challenging due to the lack of a clear sign, and the rooms lacked a fridge for convenience.

Some elements certainly need addressing!!! The air conditioning underperformed in the heat, leaving the room draped in warmth, and a better approach to cleanliness wouldn't hurt, especially with past guests mentioning issues like a musty smell!!!

The ambiance, the hospitality, the breakfast spread, the clean facilities, a good experience!

The location is amazing and convenient, situated just off the center of town and near lively bars. The surrounding area is great for exploration, especially the Santa Croce district. The breakfast is excellent, offering a wonderful variety of meals.
